His actual ability can instantly bury large crowds of enemies, and even though he is lax in his duties, because he is in fact a very capable person he hasn't been punished for it in his unique career, he is called "The Legend of Turks".
He had been technically sentenced to house arrest in
Costa del Sol, but Verdot called him back into service.
